He told the staff when we check in that we not paid to him whether we have 50% paid in advance as he requested and he said he don’t care the guest perception. It very bad impression. "The pool is huge and the trees and gardens around the pool are beautiful. It's a very nice area to relax at. This hotel is excellent for families with children because many of the rooms are around the pool so parents can relax on the balconies while their children play in the pool steps away. We had to change rooms because they were having an ant problem with our first room but the rooms were very clean and the maids did a great job. The breakfast was included with our room.
