it is one of the finest hotel i have ever stayed. the team took excellent care of us. each room has its own pool and food is excellent. need to stay minimum three days. thanks to worawee, mam we had a great stay. also the manger helen was on the ground which is unique thing to see. extraordinary view, service. one of the best in asia.

Mandarava Resort and Spa is beautiful. It is a little oasis tucked into the cliffs of Karon Beach, Phuket Island!! It is close to the beach within walking distance or shuttles that are provided throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful (the soaking tub is a delight)!! The breakfast is deliciously yummy with a diverse range of Thai and Western food. The staff are more than accommodating, kind and incredibly helpful. They will organize tours and call ahead for car service....

This was just an incredible experience. Daow was incredible, she really made our stay there so amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

What a wonderful experience at the Nai Harn hotel! The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious and have a stunning view overlooking the bay. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there are many choices. We loved our stay at the Nai Harn and would love to come back!!

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. In my younger years I worked in hospitality, so I'm a bit jaded about hotels, especially resorts. But I thought I'd go for the experience and am pleased to say that the Slate exceeded all expectations. I haven't been to Phuket in 15 years and it's not quite as I remember it. But. It's still a fine vacation destination if you haven't been. I prefer Kata as it's away from much of the madness. The property is. Is. On conveniently located right in Old town. It’s well maintained with friendly stuff and facilities well designed for wheelchair using disabled travelers. Which is an important requirement for me rooms are spacious and well layer out. Combust beds and room amenities

Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs. Absolutely incredible. The pictures don't even do it justice even though they are gorgeous. We had our room made and stocked with water and chocolates multiple times a day so every time we came back from our daily outing we returned to a clean room. Room service is fast and delicious. The oriental spoon is a truly fine dining experience with A+ food and service. Get the breakfast too in your package. It was usually the same each day but with lots of choices like a chef for your eggs, gluten free...

Three days of total relaxation. Not much to do around the area but the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the seafood buffet on the beach, exceptional food. Breakfast was amazing.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the Banyan Tree Phuket was amazing. Everything was beyond top notch. Every aspect of the Villa was amazing (How will any other hotel ever compare?). The daily breakfast was delicious beyond words. We highly recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be truly memorable.

Our stay here was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is gorgeous and the private beach, while we couldn’t swim, was really the cherry on top. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs, but the staff were happy to give us a ride back up to our room in a golf cart. I cannot say enough about the staff at this resort. We spent 5 nights at Avista Hideaway for our honeymoon, and it was truly the highlight of our entire trip. I can't say enough about this hotel...the grounds are beautiful, the individual house suites were absolutely lovely. I want to live in one! The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The massages at the spa were fantastic...the food at the restaurant was great...happy hour by the pool...close to the beach and the shops in Karon. Seriously, I can think of nothing to improve upon my experience there.
