"Great hotel."

"The property was tired. It was clear it was once fancy but now in need of upgrading. Various things in my room broken. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel next to a leafy park. Good location for exploring the city. Room was small but well organized. Shower was good but no way not to get the whole bathroom wet. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but...
