"This property had an inoperable jacuzzi - which after a long day hiking was the ONLY REASON I booked this hotel. Too late in the day to make other arrangements we unfortunately had to other recourse than to stay. Expedia should make sure the properties listed have the amenities in working order Unacceptable"

"Great proximity to Lassen National Park! We were happy to find this place so close to the park. The town of Chester is very small so dining options are limited, but we found perfectly good places to eat for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want to arrive near Lassen Park for morning access to the park, this hotel is perfectly located. It worked well for us."

"This property was listed in Quincy. It was a 20 minute drive The property was a horse ranch, incredible facility, very clean but I feel it was misrepresented "

"The house has character, but could use a deep cleaning."

"The accommodations were good, it was clean and a pleasant stay they provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea, movies, wifi, cable, etc. the only negative feedback was the listing said tiny home but it’s a trailer in not the best neighborhood."

"We love it here and this was our second stay. I’m going to book next year. Tanya is super helpful. The Neighbir’s across the street are friendly and everything is 5 minutes away! There’s really good mechanic, Dave, over at plumes tires who got us out of a pickle when our alternator went out."

"Excellent place for a BDR stop with motorcycles."

"It was a great stay and property owners were awesome to work with. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Very happy with our stay."

"Great location and cabin had everything we needed."

"Had a great time! "

"A terrific property! We loved our time there. Amazing amenities, fully equipped kitchen. Kim was accommodating, very helpful."

"This property is almost “off the grid” so I wasn’t expecting more than a rustic cabin. However, the cabin was solidly built and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. (We did have to buy a soup ladle and gladly contributed it to the kitchen). Aaron, the caretaker was on the property and helped us with anything we needed. I grew up near the cabin so it was a trip down memory lane for me and my cousin. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your cabin in the woods!"

"This cabin has a lot to offer a big group! Plenty of space to sleep, a nice deck to enjoy, and you have a private cove to spend your day at the lake! Our group of 10 loved the house! Super clean, great host and great location!"

"I was weary about cleanliness due to previous comments so I came prepared with my own cleaning supplies and was pleasantly surprised I did not have to use any of it, the place was clean and tidy! Everything in the kitchen was clean and beds even smelled great! The Village community is cute and the porch chairs are perfect for watching the family of birds having fun in the tall trees! The loft was a good fit for my teenage niece. It is a pleasant scenic drive to mt lassen for the day. I will...
