"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

"Overall, our stay was comfortable for one night, and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, and it served its purpose for a short stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was well below expectations. The room didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, which took away from the overall experience. With better attention to housekeeping, this motel could be a much more enjoyable place to stay. It was okay for a quick overnight stop, but I hope...

"My husband and I had to stay somewhere close to the Alfred as my husband had to have a MRI . We were upgraded from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse . The penthouse was clean and we had a awesome stay . Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to COVID 19 but Roscos delivered to the door . Will definitely going back to the Mantra hopefully under better circumstances."
