"The staff was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The property was beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed the food. The overall experience was amazing and i would stay again. All the staff were amazing from the reception staff, waiter, waitress, cleaning lady and ground staff. We didn't like that no fridge in the room. "

First, the hot water heater was out and we were told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. Second, they offer free WiFi and it was very weak, coming in and out during the day and at night not at all. The whole resort is tucked away in the mountainside like it's always been there. Love the way the buildings have been built around the existing nature so it all feels natural.
