"Very nice spacious apartment overlooking the pool with all amenities. Five floors of apartments with lifts. Everything very clean. Staff were very helpful but I wish I could speak Spanish but they tried their best with our English. Free parking next to apartments although secure parking is available in basement. "I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. We were moved against our wishes to an edge of town appts where we had no water-fixed. Next morning we realised we had no hot water so we had cold showers.
