This property is truly special. It is in a gorgeous location. The food is excellent. Our room was huge and so charming with a huge tub. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It is the quintessential Italian countryside inn with magnificent views. The only thing to be improved on would be the servers at dinner seemed perfect one night and then the last night a bit confused and not really understanding English or timing of bringing the dishes. We had a wonderful time at the wine tasting offered by the property. Breakfast was excellent. It was helpful to have parking as you need transportation there.

This place is a one of a kind and the owner Franchesco, his sister and son Damiano will treat you amazingly well and make you feel like family. I have been to over 60 countries and uncountable hotels, however, this I will never forget and is on the top of my list. Rooms and super clean and has everything. Don't miss it out!!!

Excellent BnB to stay in, would highly recommend to family and friends. Marie was fantastic host. The bedrooms and bathrooms and showers were wonderful. Marie made fresh baked goods for breakfast! Also, the pizza place right across the road was incredibly good.

Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. Incredible!

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. Excellent breakfast, self checkin not our preference

This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds.

This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.

We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares.
