"Stunning property with excellent staff"

"What a beautiful Resort. Carved into the coast of Italy, its really hard to imagine without being there. Sunsets were something to be adored from the garden terrace, having aperitivo, served by the most delightful staff. The room was absolutely wonderful, with a balcony overlooking the coast. Very comfortable and spacious. We did choose to visit the restaurant twice while there. The food, the service, Oh the wine list! All incredible. We also included the Beach club with our stay. It was a...

"Struttura molto bella e curata proprio sul mare, avevamo soggiornato nel 2025 e abbiamo deciso di ritornare nel 2026 perche' la struttura aveva soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettativa, e quest'anno sono riusciti a migliorarsi, quindi a questo punto siamo curiosi di ritornare il prossimo anno."

"Worst stay we've had in Italy thus far. Staff is painfully rude and useless. Room smelled. Pool is in dire need of maintenance. Entire property is in dire need of maintenance."

"Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig, verlebt,"

"AMAZING hotel, I cannot stress enough how insanely perfect our whole experience and stay was. Truly something magical and something you have to experience for yourself to understand."

"It had a nice pool, a beautiful view, an excellent breakfast, a great dinner restaurant, the ancient and very charming village of Saturnia was close by for exploring and the hotel was conveniently located to the natural thermal waters. I didn’t really think that the thermal pools at the nearby resort were worth the money at all. I enjoyed the free natural thermal river way more!"

"Schöner nicht zu großer Campingplatz, super Lage. Viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant. 2 Pools und nettes Personal:)"

"Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Great location. Beach was lovely. Would stay again."

"Camera senza aria condizionata, senza frigo e doccia non bene funzionante. Basterebbe poco per fare stare bene gli ospiti. Personale cortese."

"Check in staff/front office/spa reception staff/housekeeping/ breakfast and especially golf staff all very good. Sometimes breakfast coffee service was a bit slow and cappuccino not very warm. Also very surprised that 2 poached eggs cost €10 per person. Bell boy also very good"

"The beach is just steps away! Restaurants, pubs, etc were all within walking distance, as was the promenade. Beautiful walk among the trees right across the street. Perfect spot in the “quiet” part of Follonica."

"il soggiorno in tenda è un esperienza fantastica, soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Lo spazio all'interno è organizzato in modo perfetto e la presenza del climatizzatore non dà problemi nelle giornate caldissime in estate. Il servizio di navetta per la spiaggia, poco affollata, è un plus non da poco"

"Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!"

"SUPER LOCATION GREAT STAFF AND CLEAN"
