We absolutely loved our stay at the White Lilac! A beautiful property with wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would happily return!

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. There is an elevator. The staff is fabulous! I thought they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We booked dinner...

Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it.

Omg! What a most fantastic fabulous place this is! We LOVED the house, it was beautiful, large areas, A/C was perfect, sofas were so comfortable we both fell asleep wondering if we really had to move to the bed… bed is actually amazing. I hadn’t slept that late in ages! I could have spent my whole day sleeping 🙌☺️ Huge kitchen table and everything you need, yes espresso coffee machine, yes tv, yes wi-Fi, yes Amazing Hosts, yes huge balcony, yes hot water, yes beautiful view! Phenomenal. Incredible architecturally significant property with top-quality gourmet restaurant offering mind blowing tasting menu. Staff is absolutely the best it can be. Best service and food there is. Must see and experience to believe.

Great property! Loved the modern cabins, beds were comfy, enjoyed using the sauna.

This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.
