"We really loved our vacation. I could not give it a five stars because we had one problem our dining at one of the al a carte restaurants. We were brought a steak and wine that was an upsell and was not told the price before we ordered. At the end of the dinner we received a bill for 300 euro. If we knew the prices I would have never ordered a 200 dollar bottle of wine. We explained the problem at check out to the manager and were told that the restaurant told them we looked at the menu. "Location, location! The beach club down below on the water was awesome. Swim right off the ladder into the sea. Cold, cheap local beer served to your beach chairs. Loved the hotel and room. We had a tub on our deck, gorgeous morning sunrises, staff was awesome. Totally recommend this hotel."

"It was a nice stay but the shower seal was broken and the pools are freezing and so cold, the food was ok the breakfast was stale and the steak had this very weird thing in it, There where flys everywhere and they made us late for our pasta class and train Overall I rated it a 4/10."

"Huge room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not far from main attractions. Beautiful hotel."

"the sea access was divine"

"The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way."

"El lugar, las albercas, comida, etc"

"Great location! Staff very friendly."

"Room was cleaned every day, towels were rough though. Staff were approachable and accommodating. Food delicious in every restaurant except the meet in El Dorado, very disappointed."

"A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù."

"The place was very nice. Right on the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic. There wasn’t much variety for lunch or supper. So we walked off the property. I would NOT recommend the pedicure. It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful! The staff were very helpful and friendly."
