"General manager was exceptionally generous when we couldn't get a taxi in time for our train and drove us there herself. "

"We had a great stay at the Regina Hotel. We made great use of the rooftop pool and the private beach while we were in town. Quick walk into Santa Margherita and a short bus ride (or ~30min walk) to Portofino. The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us make reservations/called taxi’s and were all around very pleasant. Highly recommend! "
