"Great location for buses,ferries and trains in Solerno to visit Amalfi coast. Also 2 grocery stores conveniently nearby. Property was very well maintained, clean and bright. Nice kitchen area with access to a fridge and dining area. No front desk so you make arrangements to meet at the site when you expect to arrive. "Hostel basic but interesting, but driving/parking the car was a challenge. The experience was improved when the receptionist recommended a lovely restaurant nearby. "

"There is a party every night on the beach, don’t believe what reception say that it’s just Friday and Saturday. The party Saturday night went on until 05:00 then there was a wedding party on Sunday and Monday nights that went on beyond midnight. If you are a light sleeper I suggest look elsewhere but if you can get past that then the view and room make up for it. We stayed in a junior suite and they are far away from the party so hate to think what the other rooms were like. The other thing is...

"Perfect location! Close to the beach and convenient to the nearest parking lot/area to be picked up by a taxi. You could take the ferry to Sorrento but sometimes is delayed or canceled because the weather. If you don’t have a lot of time to spare, ask the front desk to arrange a private transportation. The room was clean, beautiful, with an amazing view of the bay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Positano has lots of stairs and stone streets. Bring proper footwear."
