The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. The pool is elegant, but I wish it were open longer, it was hard to make time to swim before or after our excursions. The rooms are very nice...

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for Venice area. Small but like home. Very nice, informative, helpful and professional staff from the reception to the lady in charge of the breakfast. Very clean and updated. Excellent location near all landmarks. Water taxi stop is nearby 2-3 minutes walk. Very comfortable. I would go back again.

It’s the second time we stayed in the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Its location is ideal as in less than 5 minutes walking distance are all the main attractions. The facilities and rooms are at 5 star level.

EVERYTHING about the hotel was excellent. Great friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable, room darkening shutters kept room very dark for sleeping. One VERY IMPORTANT thing to me was the water pressure in the shower. Most hotels have such wimpy water pressure, it takes forever to shower, but not here. This is more like apartment hotel located just few minutes away from St. Marco. Room that we got was great! Super clean and nicely decorated with clean nice bathroom. I am sure other rooms are the same quality. We asked for room with a canal view and it was amazing! Balcony with a view to gondolas passing under our window!
