"Nice appointments to the room and slept very soundly due to the super quiet surroundings. Room is clean. Breakfast is fantastic and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful in providing airport information and everyone at the front desk was English speaking and very helpful. "

"The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel."
