Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

Site & setting

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. Beautiful property and five star service. We loved everything about our stay!

A wonderful family-owned luxury hotel; a rare breed these days. The hotel is smallish but offers great amenities and a truly supportive staff. This hotel makes you feel like it is your home away from home. Could not recommend it more highly!

Very clean and very helpful staff. Located at the bottom of the town, so it's very convenient to get to the autostrada. Free and easily maneuverable parking. We just drove up to the Etruscan sites and base of the medieval part of Tarquinia, parked in the town lot and walked through the lovely tiny streets. Highly recommend Villa Tirrena if you are driving through Lazio or to Tuscany.

Excellent walkable location. Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean and breakfast was always good and had plenty of options. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

This is a beautiful property. Great host and very accommodating. This is a perfect place for a hideaway or getaway.

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from....

A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!

The room, the location, fantastic staff, and luxury linens are four reasons my wife and I would rate this place top shelf. The location right off the Spanish Steps is great. The staff aims to please. Great spot.

What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Our stay was absolutely fabulous .. from the second we checked in to our check out .. everything was perfect ! The hotel is beautiful and quaint .. the staff is amazing ! The breakfast is delicious .. they don’t nickel and dime you for little things like the other hotels do and that goes a long way in hospitality ! We would repeat our stay here again .. thank you for hosting us for 4 nights !
