"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. 10/10 Excellent

"I loved this hotel. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows, a rarity in Italian hotels. My room had a great deck. The staff, especially Christina and Julia, were so helpful and gracious. The old town is a 15 minute uphill walk from the hotel, which I did twice a day. The beach is a 20 minute bus ride. Villa Tirreno is highly recommended. "
