"Lugar casi perfecto la verdad"

"You’ll enjoy. Everything."

"The property and amenities were great. The pools need to be re-tiled or have the tile repaired. The swim-up bar was crowded most of the time. Drinks take longer a swim-up bar since they only had two bartenders preparing drinks. You will receive your drinks faster if you request them with the servers."

"El servicio del personal es excelente!"

"We like the food the service is excellent the waitress and waiters are very friendly"

"El hotel está en remodelación y nos enviaron al hotel de alado a los restaurantes y notamos que al traer brazaletes verde de Expedia le daban preferencia a brazaletes de otros colores, no es agradable que hagan discriminación ya que todos pagamos la estancia en el hotel."

"Close to many restaurants"

"Don’t really have anything good to say about this place other than the fact I got a partial refund on my unused days because I had to go back to the states because of a family emergency but if I had to to continue my full stay I would have asked for a refund and just booked a better hotel nearby THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION 75% of the fiesta rewards club rooftop pool was closed WHICH I DO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE ACCESS TO THAT so definitely not worth it the Mexican restaurant was disgusting...

"Victor was the best bartender at the swim up bar and the staff was amazing and the room was always clean and would like to go in the future"

"The staff in the hotel was rude and even though is the low season. Not attentive nir helpful. I tried many time to speak to management but the operator, front desk and reservations were rude and useless and would hang up on me. So i gave up trying to contact them"

"Todo estuvo excelente, la comida, la limpieza, el servicio, todo el personal muy amable, solo una observación, creo que el check-in es muy tarde y el check-out muy temprano fuera de ahí todo excelente"

"Our first time in PV and this hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful, it was clean, safe, and the view was outstanding! We wished there were a few more options for beach front restaurants in closer proximity to the hotel, but overall was a great stay! We would absolutely consider staying here again in the future!"
