Es gab ein tolles vegetarisches Angebot, sodass wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts köstliche und abwechslungsreiche Mahlzeiten genießen konnten. Das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam, und der Poolbereich bot einen perfekten Rückzugsort. Ich kann nur wärmstens empfehlen, dieses Erlebnis während Ihres Aufenthalts zu buchen – es war wirklich unvergesslich!"

"The property was amazing, and the mid-century decor was very cool. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and polite, and you could tell the entire staff was trained to provide top-notch customer service. The breakfast included with the room each day was also very good, and the breakfast seating area was comfortable and nice. They also played great music over the hotel's soundsystem (which was hipster lounge music), and you could walk from the hotel to many great restaurants in the area. They also had these cool vintage cars that you could rent and have a hotel driver take you around Siem Reap. I highly recommend this hotel."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived, we found out we got a free room upgrade, were greeted with welcome drinks and local Cambodian scarves, and asked about our travel plans. Every day when we would come and go, the staff would greet us by name and was always very friendly. Coming back from a hot day, we were greeted with cold towels. They were great at helping us arrange our airport transportation, excursions, and tuk tuk rides. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, an 11/10 experience and amazing customer service. All of the employees were so kind and welcoming! Would recommend to anyone!"

It is my go to hotel in Siem Reap. ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. The pool area is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or taking an evening stroll through the gardens, every corner of the property felt serene and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. "Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊"

"Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend."
