"The Grand Riviera Princess is a great place to relax and has a great value for money. We greatly enjoyed seeing lot of wildlife, the nice amenities and pools. My daughter loved the activities in the Kids club. I appreciate that the hotel is less than 1 hour from the airport and the place is beautiful. However, the shops in the hotel are pretty expensive and the beach is not the nicest (lot of seaweeds and branches, water not clear)."

"The property was amazing except for the beach area. There was a lot of seaweed and the tractor ran every day to clean it up. So we never used the beach area and that is something we enjoy doing."

"First time staying at a Palace resort and our expectations were exceeded. The resort was clean, very well maintained, the staff was friendly and engaging, and the food was very good. The night club was a nice addition that you don’t find at all resorts. We are already looking to plan our next vacation at another Palace Resort. One thing I will mention though, the beach did not have the crystal blue waters I am used to in Cancun. If this is important to you, make sure you find out how the water is before you book. We haven’t been to Cancun much but apparently the beautiful blue water is north of the airport area and in the hotel zone. "

"Had an amazing time! Cuba was very nice and I live her energy. Chocolate was my boy, guy is awesome. Pretty boy was highly entertaining, this guy remembed me from 2 years ago. Alex was a fabulous waiter. Javier made the best drinks at bash! All these guys made our stay very memorable! Loved this place!"
