"Exceptional experience all the staff were really helpful and welcoming"

"A beautiful heritage hotel, a peaceful haven amongst the hustle and bustle of Jaipur"

"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"Hotel was very good as well as its hospitality"

"Incredible stay. Bed was super comfortable, staff was amazing, and the place is beyond words. We would come back again in a heartbeat. "
