"This was by far the highlight of our trip. The stay was beyond exceptional and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Special shout out to Ramy who made extra sure we were well taken care of especially after having a bad travel day followed by my suitcase getting lost. He was an exceptional host and we will certainly he returning. "

"Beautiful property but our room was a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. Room was cleaned but still smelled like smoke, we went back and forth to change the room. Lovely property but overall not the best food and we wished we didn’t have to go back and forth to call multiple times to change rooms. "
