The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel was close to a metro stop. Nice location. Everything was top tier. The staff was super nice. The room and the hotel were very nice. Front desk attends to your needs as son as you can. It’s definitely worth the price. I will be staying here again.

Supreme boutique hotel with vibe that is fire! Excellent kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and with high quality rain shower. Had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Blackfriars. Staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate requests, even in the late hours when we came in many nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lattes were great( love those little cookies that come with them). A very walkable area to all key sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. A great stay

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

A wonderful stay at The Rosewood. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the bar because it was closed for a private event for most of our stay.

Is a nice 5 star boutique hotel with professional staff and good rooms... The concierge Fabrice is unique and amazing.

Hotel is conveniently located for both walking + travel via underground. It’s clean, modern, and comfortable. Windows open to allow for fresh cool air. Light switches in room are plentiful + all digital: it took quite a while to figure out what button affects what, and in process I apparently pressed a request not to have the room serviced. New guests could use some kind of instruction guide.

Amazing stay! Great service. Beautifully designed rooms and facility. Pool smelled funny but everything else was fantastic.
