"Superb hotel. Huge room. This is a destination hotel and exudes history combined with luxury. Unfortunately restaurant was not open due to lack of staff. Instead we were offered cold plates which were of great quality and eaten on the terrace overlooking a stunning valley. Staff were very efficient, helpful, friendly and very professional. Truly a memorable stay. "

"My second stay during this trip in Lyon, I had a double room and the room was very well cleaned like the previous night but an air conditioner seemed broken ( I didn’t need it after all though ) and the room was close to a lift so was noisier than before. Some of front staff speak good English so it was easy to communicate. The shower is with bathtub and plenty of hot water but no amenities so bring your own shampoo if you need it. "
