"This was a good value option for a short stay in Pekanbaru. The building is modern, although it has touches of traditional style, the double height lobby is imposing and tha staff are very helpful. Our bedroom was large and well equipped, though we had to ask for a second towel as none was initially provided. Th3 main drawbacks are the location, which is on a busy main road and not very near places to eat and shop, and the Wi-fi, which was intermittent and slow when it worked at all. "

"No issues with it only room service order for a plate of buffalo ribs that was rubbery gamey till i couldn't chew it up that was a failure by the kitchen chef. Front desk was superb and beautiful Ayu was mesmerising and gorgeous throughout."
