Only downside was there was a bar/pub blasting music near our room outside of the boundaries of the property. Understand that it was out of control but if you are bringing elderly/children I would suggest you ask them for a quieter room further from nightlife spots. Otherwise had a great stay !"

"The service in this hotel is excellent and they had satisfied all our requests very quickly with the best service attitude. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early due to a medical emergency in our family. Bayan Tree Bintan staff, helped us to find tickets even though the ferry was fully booked. We went to the ferry terminal anyways in hopes that someone will cancel at the last minute. They even offered to hold the room after checking out if we are unable to get the last ferry. The driver even stayed behind without informing us and only left after confirming that we managed to get the ferry tickets. The Hotels.com and Expedia staff was also very helpful and went out of their way to help us with settling subsequent matters in our time of need."
