This is a good place to live in Angra De Dois. Staff are very friendly and breakfast have lots of different options and fruits. The room is clean as well. The downside is the location— it is not that convenient. There is a safety gate to stop every single car entering the neighborhood, which takes us a long time to wait. My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Tankaman. We stayed at the Cabin with Spa inside and what a treat! Beautiful property, with natural swimming pool, steam sauna, "ufuro", etc. The staff is very well trained and available to pretty much do anything you want after a short phone call of WhatsApp message, including setting up any meal at your Cabin. Had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Paz resort. The hotel is in the hills of the Itaipava area of Petropolis and while close to the center also feels like a nice retreat. Quinta da Paz is truly a resort, on a large beautiful piece of property with a gorgeous pool. There is even a small nature hike on the resort. We stayed at the Bougainville premium suite and it was worth the splurge. It had an awesome and very clean jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. Also had a massage chair which was added to the relaxation vibe. The Sommelier, Renan, had awesome recommendations about wine which we truly enjoyed. Breakfast was fantastic and we ate dinner at the restaurant 2x because it was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay.
