"The Courtyard Olaya was great location however the staff were excellent, especailly the reception & reservations staff. Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. The facilities coupled with the excellent staff will be my first choice to stay when I am back in Riyadh next time. Thank you & keep up the great work."

"Room extremely clean and modern, good facilities, including gym and swimming pool. As a solo female traveller receptionist and staff made me feel very welcome. There is a large supermarket opposote which is handy."

"The hotel staff were very attentive and made certain that I had everything that I needed. The tranquility of the Palace in the evening was perfect - despite the hotel renovations being done. Care was taken to be certain that noise was kept to an absolute minimum. Thank the staff profusely for their kindness! I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!"
