"I requested a room with a walk-in shower which I did receive but my room was on the 3rd floor! I asked the desk clerk why they would have handicapped rooms on the 3rd floor and he replied that was a corporate question. He agreed with me that the room should be on the first floor and couldn't answer my question of how a handicapped person would get to the first floor if the power went out."

"Very clean, had a great last minute stay. Close to Frankenmuth"

"Good, comfortable bed, and a very nice complimentary breakfast. It sits in almost the center of town and adjacent to most attractions."

"Reservation for 5. The pull out sofa is so thin feels the spring when you sit. Talk to front desk person, she said she cannot do anything. Gave us 1 thin comforter to lay on top of the bed.Requested for a roll away bed and was told they do not have any at the hotel. Ask for the manager and was told tell her in the morning. Check out at 10 am and the was no manager. During check out charge again for the fee instead returning back to my account."
