Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. "The place was clean and welcoming. The apartment was well stocked amenities (soap, towels, bedding, coffee filters) and the host even had a few local snacks the kids enjoyed. The building was secure and clear instructions were left for entry/exit. Would stay again next time we visit family and friends."
