The Park Hyatt is a beautiful new resort (about a year old) and it has been well kept. The decor of the property is modern, coastal and it's in a secluded location on the island; so there's not a whole lot of traffic and it wasn't crowded with guests. Beatiful hotel. nice location. friendly and helpful staff

The Marriott is a great place to stay while on St Kitts. We stayed for one week and didn't want to leave! There are many restaurant options. Our favorites were fish tacos from Calypso, morning breakfast and coffee from the cafe and drinks and food all day from the restaurant outside. Restaurants (Rituals Sushi and Bombay Blues were our favorites) and Rams convenience store are within walking distance. I was very pleased with the service and the property as a whole. The customer service was outstanding and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The housekeeping service provided was commendable. They cleaned the room daily and with the best care! Heather was amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend this resort for others and I will be returning again!

Cozy and clean, highly reccomended

Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so...

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for Jessica I slept like a log. The hotel is a nice quiet place. Fantastic views. Warm pool. Overall fantastic.

Good location and well maintained property

Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on.

It was the off season and there weren't many other guests. We wanted a place to relax and celebrate 30 years of marriage & our experience was better then we imagined. This property is amazing, from the arrival to departure. The gardens are beautiful, people are amazingly hospitable, food taste homemade (you can taste the love in it), and it is safe. I highly recommend this property for your vacation! The Hermitage is a charming, historic inn located in a beautiful part of Nevis. We could see the clouds pass over Mt. Nevis as our children swam in the pool, and we watched the green vervet monkeys frolic in the rainforest as we relaxed on the porch off of our bedroom. The people are so friendly, helpful, and the food is delicious.

Jowelle, Paula and the hotel staff were all great and made the stay an excellent experience. The view from the room and pool was amazing! PLEASE NOTE ... the RESTAURANT is NOT RUN by the HOTEL. Which is probably why the service was horrible and the food below average. ENJOY your stay at the HOTEL. Save yourself from a horrible experience at the restaurant.

I've stayed at other Four Seasons for work but the resort at Nevis is one to remember. Staff were very helpful and always remembered the names of each traveler who stayed. I made special arrangements previous to my wife and I arriving at the resort for a beach dinner and roses in our room and it was more than I expected.
