They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldn’t get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one! "Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or what’s app. Will def visit again and stay here ! "
