"INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

"The rooms are very spacious and clean."

"I love the fact it was right on the beach. I could wake up 5 in the morning and just walk out to the beach. the restaurant was cool and the staff were friendly and helpful. my only complaint was the shower. I could use a good scrubbing and bleaching. I had to go ask housekeeping to reclean the shower then I just cleaned it myself to my standards. outside of that the stay was great."

"Superb location. Staff could not be more helpful and Friendly. Amazing wildlife in and around the property. Would definitely return. Only small criticism is it was a little pricey in the restaurant."

"Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at House Rose. Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. The house was perfect for our needs with the three roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We loved that we could control the air conditioning units in each room. So pleasant after a hot afternoon at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of...

"We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice house. We only had a small glimpse of the ocean. The neighborhood dogs and roosters created a lot of noise. "

"Very nice apartment and quiet area!!! I would definitely stay there again!"

"This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced. The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should...

"Beautiful house in great location. Lots of room for our large family. Host is very communicative and property manager, Mowava, extremely helpful."

"Large outdoor space with pool access. Quiet surroundings"

"Overall excellent experience exactly as described - the island and the people are also wonderful. Will be back!!!"

"This was our third stay at Fairwinds. It is becoming an annual tradition now for our family. And we have already booked next year. Part of me is reluctant to give as great a review as this property deserves because I don’t want more people to find out about it. But that would be selfish. It is such a magical place and Fairwinds gives modern comfort while placing you at the edge of the Hermitage which is steeped in history and tradition. Fairwinds is a magical, wonderful home with stunning views...

"Our hostess was quite gracious. Made our stay very pleasant and assisted us with other services such as transportation"
