"The lovely home right on the ocean including beautiful sunsets, was such a treat. It had a central location on the island and made it easy for exploring and getting around to the shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. The house was just as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed, including an electric water kettle, which we loved as tea drinkers. We loved the bag chairs, beach towels and the cooler, we used them every day at the beach! Monica is an excellent communicator which made everything regarding the stay so easy. She quickly answered all of our questions and made good suggestions as well. ONeil was also amazing, picking us up at the airport, after multiple travel issues, but it didn’t end there. He took care of all of our needs for our entire stay. He’s an amazing asset for staying at this property. We would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it to others. "Mrs. Faith Ann and Mr. Ed made our stay enjoyable! The location is located across from the beach with easy access! They also provided chairs and beach items for us. Faith Ann introduced us to Marshall, whom I referred to as our tour guide. He showed us around the island. We also went ATV riding with him! It was a blast! We got to see the beautiful island while going off roading. Two cruise ships came in and we were able to go to Margaritaville on our last full day! Overall the stay was very needed and refreshing!"

"The staff was very nice, very historical, there was no washer as mentioned in the amenities There was mold in the bathroom also the mirror the shower heads are in need of change, she was sweet enough to let us stay an extra day as we had to reschedule our flight, the internet was slow "

"It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. The pool is a bit odd being in the middle of a dining area. As a result, we didn't see it getting any use. The restaurant on site serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food good, especially on BBQ night, 3 times a week. We found the shower in our room to be a bit dodgy but it was ok. Our bed was very comfortable and every room either has a little lanai/patio or balcony. It is, literally' steps to the ocean. The full sized fridge in our room was very useful as were the beach towels and beach umbrellas. Although it didn't start that way, there ended up being plenty of loungers on the beach too. Good snorkelling direct from the beach too."

"We could not have selected a better appointed home than this. It exceeded expectations. Cleaner than any place we have ever stayed, with all the needed kitchen and bath items. But its beauty lies in the view from the deck --- from sunrise in all its warm glory and the waves of the turquoise sea and the constant breeze, it was our happy place. The seabirds, donkeys and dogs kept us entertained, as well as watching local fisherman make their catches with old-fashioned nets. The locale is away from the hustle and bustle of Cockburn Town (I use that term loosely because even town is relatively quiet!). Everyone was kind and friendly - EVERYONE! Lucy and Nathan provide any information needed, from maps to golf cart rental suggestions to dining and keep you in the loop from booking until leaving. Eagles Nest Lookout does not disappoint."

"We always enjoy our time at the Crabtree Apartments. The apartment was sparkling clean. We loved being able to walk out of our private patio onto our almost private beach. Having access to the bicycles made getting around the island convenient. We will definitely be staying at the Crabtree again next year."

"This was the perfect, out of the way but still so close, getaway location! The house was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Getting to it in the dark on the wrong side of the road with donkeys everywhere was an adventure but coming inside felt like home. Our routine was pretty chill for 10 days, We had morning coffee on the beach out front watching the waves and occasional donkey. After stocking up at the IGA we packed lunches and took our rental on an exploration of the island. Lots of hidden gems and wonderful people. Supper was either at the house or at Jack’s Shack, Sandbar or Cakeos Cafe. Movie and games while watching the sunset from the deck. Perfection. The whole purpose of our trip was to go whale watching with Deep Blue Charters with “our” humpback whales. It did not disappoint! Katharine & Kell know where to go and when. We also went out with Jimmy of Wet Money Enterprises snorkeling and swimming with the sting rays. The snorkelling from shore at every beach was a lot of fun too. I had to work during our vacation so stable fast internet was a must. Comfy beds, amble towels and a washer/dryer added to the experience of home away from home.
