"Clean room staff and spa all excellent"

"Clean room , great stuff , good breakfast, good location , walkable distance"

"This fabulous and cozy property is well located, on a very fashionable street, next to the large and friendly city park. Everything is a superlative when it comes to this hotel. All staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. Comfort, delicious breakfast, splendid gardens, gourmet restaurant. I would come back any time."

"Good location about a 10-15 minute walk to Registan, and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The premises are kept immaculately clean, and the rooms decent sized."

"This place is so disorganized. Amenities are only available 1 hour per day and the steam room wasn’t even working. The sauna was falling apart. Unfinished trim all over the hotel. I lost my PLASTIC key card and they charged me $10 dollars! The food was cold and service at the breakfast was not good. This place is a tourist trap. Beware!"

"The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over."

"When I was feeling under the weather and resting in my room, the hostess kindly brought me honey tea, easy-to-digest food, and medicine right to my room. They are truly wonderful people."
