"The staff at the hotel was super nice and friendly. The only downside was that the walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, possibly because we were staying on the first floor. Other than that, everything was great. The hotel is conveniently located, and everything is within walking distance."

They basically forced us to pay an extreme price for a simple dinner. Communication was impossible as they only spoke Russian/Georgian. We felt deeply manipulated, trapped, and forced to...

"They gave our room to someone else because the reservation from expedia ended up in their junkfolder. The one we got instead was bigger but in a bad condition. At first they wanted to send us away and didnt believe we had reservation. While the manager was kind of rude her assistent was very friendly an helpful. We could shorten our stay from two to one night without a problem."
