"The room was clean but the sagging mattress needs updating. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that ran all day and night. The noise made it difficult to sleep. The grounds were clean and beautifully kept. The pool area is clean and well-occupied. The Turtle Grille served excellent food and the staff there gave excellent service. We enjoyed our stay in spite of those few exceptions."

"Overall, not a bad experience. However, there were a couple of things that would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable. For example, no matter how much we lowered the AC, it would not budge and remain warmer at night. We also requested extra bath towels and were told we needed to walk all the way back to the lobby to pick up as they were short staffed. Nevertheless, as said before, we would stay there again.
