"The staff were very friendly and the check in went very smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean. The view was beautiful from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. This property has many different activities available but we had offsite excursions planned everyday so did not get a chance to try them. Our Hyatt Vacation Club rep Lauren was very helpful in setting everything up and making sure we were informed about upcoming events and shows. We enjoyed our stay."

"Nice, well-maintained property. Pool area looked amazing. Casino allowed smoking, which sucked, and it's mostly filled with slots and blackjack tables. Was completely disappointed there was no poker room. Fitness center was closed, spa was closed. Restaurants were decent. Free parking was ample and they had free ev charging, which was a great perk. Musical performances were decent to good. Bed and pillows were too soft and terrible for my needs, didn't get much sleep. Overall, decent place but won't be coming back if wanting a casino outing and would only consider it for the location, if needed"
