The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and very willing to provide the necessary assistance. The shuttle service was accommodating and was not "rigid" in their delivery of service.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in 30 mins earlier, based on my request. The service was exceptional, dinner at The Exchange was great, there was a minor incident that occurred; however, it was handled well by the management. The pool hours from 7am to 11pm, which allowed us to take a swim after dinner. Also the pool depth and dimensions are perfect for children and for accomdating multiple familes and maintaining social distancing....

The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Las Cuevas Beach Lodge. Huge room with fantastic views, very friendly helpful staff and an amazing beach directly across the road. As long as you don’t expect five star facilities when only paying their very affordable rates, I think you would also enjoy staying here. Some of the facilities are basic but we were comfortable and enjoyed the bar/restaurant. I would highly recommend spending some time here.

Nice quiet neighborhood , easy access to the Savannah about 40 min walk to the avenues nice pool clean rooms. Staff was friendly ready to help

The staff was awesome! Great taxi driver with Nigel and the shuttle driver was good as well. The food for breakfast was amazing. The view with how the hotel looked as if it was carved out of a mountain was beautiful as well.

VERY NICE WELCOME BY OWNER. PLACE IS ACCESS OF A MAJOR HIGHWAY. LOVELY LOCATION, FLOWERS ETC. ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BOTTLE WATER. JUST A NOTE THEY SHOULD PUT TO OR MORE LOCAL BEERS IN THE MINI FRIDGE AS A WELCOME. TRINIDAD LOCATION NICE, BEAUTIFULL AND SECURE.

Returning home I wanted to feel at home, I wanted the amenities Ive grown accustomed to living abroad like the hot and cold water and air condition but I wanted to be in a house where I could take in the beautiful landscape of Trinidad. Amazing ,simply put. My host and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming,warm, friendly and helpful. 10/10 My room was beautifully decorated and immaculate.Bathroom and shower stunning. The front desk staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and any other queries. I would highly recommend this gem in St James Thanks again to the amazing staff for making my stay so memorable ,after 42 years of being away, you made me feel at “ home”

Although it's a short 20-minute ride to Port of Spain and very close Maracas Beach, this beautiful spot gave you the feeling of having the whole island all to yourself. My room with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the common area were beaming with natural sunshine daily, and the flora surrounding the B&B and the walking trail made this place an instant favorite and a place I will absolutely return to.
