"The property is aging, but the room was clean. The bed was hard and not very comfortable, so I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was fine. There were 4 waffle irons, so there wasn't a long wait before one was available to use."

"Cute, little no frills motel in Manti. Staff was nice. We stayed for two nights and it was"

"Old and cool"

"Jim is an exceptional host. You feel welcome the moment you arrive. The town is beautiful to visit. We look forward to returning again!"

"Advertised price did not mention $25. Of additional fees. Sprinklers made it difficult to have an early morning departure."

"Amazing property."

"Check in was slick, check out painless, and property clean. Neighbors are loud/close. The house is old, (old mattresses, squeaky doors, floors, and beds), but that is also part of the charm of staying in a historic house so we expected it."

"Owner was great to work with, communication was great and it made checking in super easy as well as checking out! Highly recommend this place!!!"

"Great restoration. Walking distance to the Manti Temple. Triple decker bunk beds. Clean and modern bathrooms. Sheets smell so good. House comfortably fit us (grandparents), our daughter and son-in-law, and 6 grandchildren."

"If you like to step back in time and a rustic feel, this is the place. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. It is really typical of what you would find in a 100 year old home where the plumbing and electrical was added later. It has that charm and I loved the rough cut wood floors and walls. Highly recommend if your into this feel. I am!"

"I loved how close it was to the Snow College riding facility! It was a short walk over each day. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"It would have been nice to have a TV listing, a little more info about the room."

"Adequate"

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."
