"The hotel was well situated. Close to restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. Rooms were very quaint and spacious however the floorboards, as beautiful as they were, did creak good breakfast and a beautiful outdoor patio with pool. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and personable, arranging tours and taxis for us from airport and to seaport. "

"It is a big mistake teo book this place for three nights. I thought it is not big street but street noise day and night, plus street light conmercial lights so bright. We booked from hotels.com, which says air conditioning, multilingual, all are lies. The bedding sheets/towles are cheap materials and feel not clean. The kichen stove is not functinal. "We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! "

"Hôtel bien situé. Avec une chambre sur la cour, c'est calme mais aucune vue ni sur l'extérieur ni sur le ciel...et la cour est plutôt un puits d'aération. D'autre part, je pense qu'il est anormal que les sacs poubelles descendent par l'ascenseur unique qui devrait être réservé aux clients, ce n'est guère hygiénique et l'odeur restante n'est pas agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner à la cafétéria est très correct."
