"ALL was good,extra $30 @check-in to have it ALL(ac, Wi-Fi, security, parking w/your OWN remote, SUPER clean, Fire stick..ect) all DAY...🤔no problem.And lastly... the Owner he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his Extraordinary Guest's....OHH YEA the morning Sunrise view from the 5th floor AWESOME "

"This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well."

"Arrived and they were not expecting me, although I had emailed and called them. owner was not in town, didn't check in but was told I could stay in a room until owner returned, maybe tomorrow. room was small no windows, no towels, no toilet paper and on that first evening there was no water. no TV, no internet, no free breakfast. only thing that was as advertised was the air-conditioning. I moved out at noon on the second day to a real hotel. never did see owner or any staff. only locals trying...

"The service is terrible. Everything is extremely slow with no enthusiasm. However they include hefty service charge into prices, without delivery the corresponding level of service. I would not recommend to stay there. "

"Very dirty, no internet, but the worse was not to have running water the whole time we were there, we call the owner, and she never came or call anyone to fix the problem, we bought bottled water for bathing and everything else."

"Amenities Not as advertised but once we finally got ahold of owner, he assured a refund. He was trying to be accommodating but we were uncomfortable and left early. He did however, have a maid come and clean and prepare meals. So that was nice. I’m sure next time it’ll be better. "
