"Nice reception and breakfast areas, but room dated and worn, with mould on windows. More often than not only cold water in shower. Could really need a renovation. Breakfast fine, but perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get. Staff polite and friendly, but not overly helpful. Location in Fleurie is excellent. If rooms were properly renovated, this would be a good choice. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful but while the bedding and linen was very nice the room needs a good clean and dusting. We always check the room for our belongings before leaving, always check nothing has fallen under the bed. It made me sick to see the dirtiness and dust under the bed."

Alexandre et Fabien sont des hôtes très accueillants et attentionnés, la grande chambre est très cosy et parfaitement aménagée. "Er was geen mogelijkheid om in te checken. We kwamen aan in het donker zo rond 19.30 uur. De receptie was dicht, terwijl deze open behoorde te zijn volgens onze papieren. Buiten aan de weg vonden we een apparaat waarmee we een poging hebben gedaan om in te checken. Tot een aantal keren toe.....tevergeefs. Error... Tot slot hebben we aangeklopt op een kamerdeur en spraken we een man die ons gelukkig kon helpen door vele telefoontjes te plegen. Uiteindelijk konden we na een lange tijd en veel...
