"Upon arrival we were upgraded to an Astana suite room which was a very pleasant surprise. The room which included a separate kitchen / sitting/ dining room was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. For dinner we decided to try the fine dining at Suasana on the 18th floor. What a disappointment that was. After waiting over an hour for the food it was just lukewarm. In defence of the chef, it was tasty but it had clearly been waiting some time for someone to deliver it to the table. "

"This hotel is nothing less but breathtaking, we enjoyed every moment we spent here. Rooms are beautiful and clean, you have everything here that you might need. Laundry service, buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner. Georgeous resting area next to the pool with a bar, smoking area. Wifi in the lobby. Returning to the hotel you get al the comfort you need after a tiring hike. "

"We have a Premium King bed river view that’s 5* All the staff are pleasant and exceed in every way. Laundry service is very good. The gym is 5* all brand new equipment. The only complaint is that Expedia did not put on there App that the pool is out of order due to being refurbished. "
