"Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "

"To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call. "They did not honor my prepaid Expedia reservation and made me pay again in cash, and since there is no other hotel around there was no where else to go. There was an infestation of pincher bugs in bathroom (literally hundreds) and I found 6 in the bed. I asked if they could spray which they did but they did not even clean away the dead ones and new bugs just kept coming. I woke with bed bug bites all over my legs. Worse night of my life!"
