"The hotel facilities are excellent. However, there is some ongoing construction, which can be a bit inconvenient. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Victor and the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing great service"
