"The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, modern with good layout. The gym, spa and on site Salt restaurant was clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The location was close and in walking distance to infamous Maho beach, Sunset waterfront restaurant, Tortuga Restaurant. Walkable to a close town with several meal options, supermarket, casino and Mullet Bay beach. I would consider staying there again on my next trip to St. Martin. "

"The beach was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was definitely worth paying for. The pools were all lovely. I loved that you didn't have to get up early to get a beach lounger. You just had to give the guy $1 and he would bring a chair and umbrella. The only improvement would be the attitude of the waitresses at the breakfast restaurant. They were a bit unfriendly. However the staff at the beach bar were lovely."

"Beautiful property, beach is lovely. It is good to have a car if you stay here. The restaurants have good food but it is the only option, especially for breakfast. Breakfast only serves buffet which is 39$ each person, so it gets very expensive for a week "

"Clean room, very pleasant staff. Furniture is cheap and while it functions drawers are ill fitting. Bath tub is peeling where they coated it with a film. One thing I didn’t like was the fees for everything. All the restaurants were good with the exception of Julilette’s. Food was cold and the outdoor area was choked with car exhaust."

"Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock. Best of all was the view from our terraces- it was absolutely breathtaking and I fell asleep to the crashing of the waves on Dawn beach each night. I will...

"Clean and comfortable room. Very nice beach and Martin did a great job setting up umbrellas and chairs. We had an issue checking in in that they couldn’t find our reservation. Luckily I brought my receipt with us. We still waited about 30 minutes to check in. That was the only glitch. Overall a wonderful place for vacation."

"The host Nicky was an absolute blessing! She was aways available when I needed her, which was often. She lead me with great recommendations on restaurants, nightlife and local events and tours. The cando had a beautiful elevated scenery of the ocean and island. It was also very clean, modern and chic complete with washer and dryer. "
