"Great staff, comfortable bed, immaculate room and wonderful breakfast. I can recommend 100%!! "

"The room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We insisted and were given another room that didn’t smell. Both rooms had “no smoking” signs clearly posted, but the hotel had placed ashtrays directly under the signs! Both rooms were also tiny and definitely overpriced by the standard of other Turkish hotels we stayed at during this trip. The breakfast was also the most meager of any other place we stayed in Turkey. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness."
