The room was sizeable for Swedish standards, quite plain, but very functional. Comfy beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. "Vi hade ringt och sagt att vi skulle komma vid 17.00. Receptionen skulle vara öppen till 20.00,. När vi kom 16.30 fanns det ingen på hotellet, vi hade inga nycklar ! Nycklarna, flera andra, låg i brevlådan det kändes inte bra. Fanns ingen att fråga eller service . Vi bytte hotell andra natten, sov en natt men betalade för två nätter. Vi försökte säga upp rummet ett dygn innan men det gick inte när man bokat två nätter i rad, DÅLIGT när hotellet var kasst"
