"The Breakfast was grat, but really packed on Memorial Day. Didn't make it to the pool due to it being more crowded than I typically liked. I did mange to make it to the fitness center twice. There were people in & out during my workout, but I really enjoyed using the eliptical machine. It was nice there were 2 TVs in the room."

"Great air conditioning . Staff were 50/50 . Parking not included as stated when booking its 24 a day unless you dont move it was what we were told . Room looked clean but not properly cleaned we found a few peices of make up that didnt belong to us but quiet overall on the 12th floor . Also need room key to use elevators which we were not told and confused once we got on them how it worked"

"The service was practically nonexistent during our stay. We waited for hours at the pool just trying to get towels. Our room was set up for four guests, yet we were only provided with two towels. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but the phone just continued to ring with no answer. To make matters worse, on our last night there was a leak coming from the ceiling directly above the bed. Water was dripping on me while I was sleeping and actually woke me up because I was getting wet. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."

"Hampton gets high marks from me for the ADA room (101), the very kind staff, and the cleanliness of the room. However, the courtesy shuttle is NOT ADA. After spending a good 30 minutes getting to P3 to use the courtesy shuttle, I was forced to get an Uber. The shuttle did not accommodate a person in a wheelchair."
